- 1 cup kale
- 1 apple
- 1/2 cup pineapple
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 T honey
Add the kale and coconut water to the blender first. Blend for a minute or until all the green flakes are thoroughly blended.
Add apple, pineapple, lemon, and honey to the blender.
Blend for 2-3 minutes or until smooth.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
