- 1 cup kale
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup pineapple
- 1/2 cup mango
- 1 T chia seeds
- 2 tsp unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 Juice of Lime
Soak the kale for half an hour if you have time! This will soften the kale to make it blend more smoothly. (optional)
Add the kale and orange juice to the blender first. Blend for a minute or until all the green flakes are thoroughly blended.
Add pineapple, mango, chia seeds, coconut, and lime juice to the blender.
Blend for 2-3 minutes or until smooth.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
