- 1 cup kale
- 1 banana
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 T honey
- 1 T peanut butter
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 1 T hemp seeds
- 1 cup milk
Add the kale and milk to the blender first. Blend for a minute or until all the green flakes are thoroughly blended.
Add banana, cinnamon, honey, peanut butter, walnuts, and hemp seeds to the blender.
Blend for 2-3 minutes or until smooth.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
