Ingredients

  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 T honey
  • 1 T peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 1 T hemp seeds
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  • Add the kale and milk to the blender first. Blend for a minute or until all the green flakes are thoroughly blended.
  • Add banana, cinnamon, honey, peanut butter, walnuts, and hemp seeds to the blender.
  • Blend for 2-3 minutes or until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy!
