- 1 cup pineapple
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 1 celery stalk
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1 T Ginger
- 1 T chia seeds
- 1 cup coconut water
Add the spinach and coconut water first and blend for 1 minute until the spinach is thoroughly blended.
Add the remaining ingredients to the blender. Put the frozen pineapple last for optimal blending.
Blend for 1-2 minutes or until smooth.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
