Ginger – Ginger really helps make this a great pineapple cucumber cleanse smoothie. Ginger is great for digestive health.

Chia seeds – Chia seeds are one of the best ways to level up your smoothies. Adding a tablespoon will give you an extra 5.6g of fiber to your smoothie. It’s also a great way to make smoothies thicker

Coconut water – Coconut water is great for digestion and gut health! It’s not milk or a milk alternative so it’ll also helps make smoothies thinner.

Tips for Making the Best Pineapple Cucumber Smoothie for Weight Loss

We’ve made tons of smoothies over the last few years. I’ve made all kinds of mistakes, but here are 4 tips to make the best cucumber pineapple smoothie possible.

  • Blend the spinach – The most important advice we have for making great smoothies is to blend the spinach by itself with the coconut water. This is how you make sure you don’t get any stringy bits of spinach.
  • Freeze + cut your fruit – I always try to use frozen fruit when we have it. It’ll make your smoothies colder and fresher. Cutting your fruit into smaller pieces will help it blend more smoothly.
  • Meal prep some smoothies – It can be a hassle to make fresh smoothies every single day which is why we love meal prepping smoothies. We’ll make a big batch on Sunday afternoon and then store leftover smoothies in the fridge, and drink one fresh each morning.
  • Use a powerful blender – The more powerful the blender, the better. The last thing you want is a bunch of chunks or stringy spinach. I’ve tested countless blenders and our favorite is the Vitamix E310
